Voting rights

     

     We hear a lot of talk about the failure of Democrats to stand up for voting rights.
     That perception is fed by a media that lives on ragebait and clickbait, both of which earn them advertising dollars. It does not represent reality.
     Our Democrats do indeed introduce, cosponsor, and push for codification of the 1965 voting rights act that has been gutted in recent years by a hand-picked MAGA Supreme Court. They try to get resolutions recognizing the significance of voting rights.
