Public lands: National Park Service, National Forest Service, and Bureau of Land Management

This topic deserves far more news coverage. MAGA Republicans are trying to steal our public lands right out from under our noses! Regular Republicans (not in Congress) should panic along with us Democrats. This impacts all of us regular Americans.

As you will see, one of the first things MAGA Republicans tried to legislate included stripping National Park Service, National Forest Service, and Bureau of Land Management of publicly-held acreage, to pass to cronies either free or below market value. Over and over, this happens.

We can demolish a ridiculous ballroom. We can remove the DJT from our monuments and buildings.

Recovering public land? That may be more difficult.

If you are a real estate attorney, you may wish to quietly start working on documents that Democrats and rational Republicans can use to revert ownership of our publicly-held land to us, American citizens. We should be prepared.
