H.R.4700 - PRIME Act (Processing Revival and Intrastate Meat Exemption Act). To amend the Federal Meat Inspection Act to exempt from inspection the slaughter of animals and the preparation of carcasses conducted at a custom slaughter facility.

From congress.gov: This bill exempts from federal inspection requirements animals and meats that are slaughtered and prepared at custom animal slaughter facilities for distribution within the state. Under current law, a custom slaughter exemption applies if the meat is slaughtered exclusively for personal, household, guest, or employee uses.
H.R.4739 - SHARE Plan Act (Share Holder Allocation for Rewards to Employees Plan Act). To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a reduced rate of tax for corporations that maintain a plan for distributing equity to employees.

Comment: Unsurprisingly, this is an anti-union, anti-labor piece of legislation.
H.R.4900 - Safe Transit Accountability Act. To amend title 49, United States Code, to authorize the accountable executive of a safety committee to resolve disputes of the safety committee.
Introduced August 5, 2025 by LLOYD SMUCKER. Cosponsored by Burgess Owens (R-UT). Referred to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure the same day.
From the bill: IN GENERAL.—The accountable executive of a recipient shall determine whether to implement the risk-based mitigation or strategies recommended by the Safety Committee and shall serve as the sole tiebreaker of any Safety Committee dispute resolution procedures.
