Because of the changes in the way our online store is set up, our "order" processes have also had to change.

On the one hand, you - our valued customers - have lost the ability to simply hit "add to cart" and proceed as you would with Amazon.com. And we have lost the ability to immediately process credit card payments with little or no effort.

But we believe that overall, your shopping experience may improve. There are more ways for you to order, more options overall. The new, low-tech process will require more interaction between "you" and "us", something we've frankly missed with the nice, easy shopping cart interface.

Note that we still accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover, along with personal and company checks. (No PayPal at present.)

Your three options (click on the links for additional information):

1) We will email you an estimate or actual invoice from which you can pay.

2) We will email you an order form in Excel format that you can fax, email, or snail mail to us with your payment.

3) You can go to a screen that "is" an order form (JPEG) and print it out. Then you can complete it and either fax or snail mail it to us, or if you have the ability to scan to a PDF file, you can email it to us.

With any of these methods, you can add notes, questions, or comments, which we will respond to before shipping your items.
