Order Option #1: Estimate or Invoice
Please email us at exclamation dot publishers at deheap dot com, and request either estimate or invoice.
In your email, give us a list of the items you are interested in, how quickly you need them, whether you want them gift-wrapped, and how you wish to pay for them, along with your shipping and billing information. At this point, do not give us credit card information! In addition, tell us whether this is a firm order for which you wish an invoice to be sent, or whether it's merely an inquiry (we will email you an estimate only).
Order will not ship until payment has been received, so credit card is still the fastest payment method. We can take your credit card information either in writing (fax, email, or snail mail), or over the phone ~ whichever method you prefer and trust.
Note: We have had to increase our restocking fee for returned items from 15% to 25% to cover our costs. Of course, if the return is due to our error, there is no restocking fee.
